This is a short collection of papers and other resources on the subject of Dupuytrens that I have found on the web.  It does not claim to be exhaustive but they have all been viewed by myself and I would consider them accurate.  Some of them reflect a more conservative approach to Needle Aponeurotomy than I would personally use but this will give some views as to why Needle Aponeurotomy is not a panacea for all Dupuytrens.

• Dupuytren's contracture unfolded.
   This is an excellent overview by the BMJ of the basic pathology of Dupuytrens.  Rather short on surgical options.
• Outcomes and complications: A patient perspective
  This was a large study of patients who had had Dupuytren's surgery and what they thought of their outcomes.
• A review of what surgeons tell patients
  This paper documents the results of a survey of surgeons regarding what they tell patients about Dupuytrens surgery.  It is worth reading as a number of the figures quoted by patients do not match those given by patients in the above study.

  This is an excellent online resource with information on all aspects of treatment for Dupuytrens including radiotherapy.
